Chicago, Illinois, has seen a pattern of sudden, unprovoked punches that leave female victims as young as fifteen injured and authorities repeatedly confronting the same name. William Livingston, a man with a lengthy record of such assaults dating back more than a decade, stands charged in multiple recent cases involving women walking in public areas of the city.
The victims have two things in common: They are women and, as far as we know, they are white. They have described the attacks as sudden and without warning or interaction beforehand. Such impulsivity is common among violent black offenders.
Prosecutors have linked Livingston to two separate attacks on June 12, 2025. Authorities say he struck a 40-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman in Lincoln Park. One victim identified him in a police lineup. He now faces two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place for those incidents. At the time of the new charges in mid-November 2025, Livingston was already held in Cook County Jail on earlier allegations.
Those earlier allegations center on an Aug. 19, 2025, attack. Officials say Livingston punched Kathleen Miles, a 56-year-old mother of 11 from the north suburbs, as she walked with a coworker toward a train station in the Loop. The blow knocked her unconscious. She suffered facial fractures, a broken nose, and a severe concussion. Video captured the moment. Officers took him into custody at the scene, and he faces multiple felony aggravated battery charges in that case.
Livingston’s history stretches further back. Court records show arrests dating to 2012, many involving battery against women and, in several instances, police officers. He was 32 years old in news coverage from late 2025. That would have made him 19 when first arrested. Earlier offenses, if any, could be dated long before then.
In February 2022 he was accused of punching several women in quick succession in the Loop area and attempting to rob some of them. He pleaded guilty and received a five-year sentence but was released in 2023 after credits. Additional arrests followed while he was on parole, including one involving a 15-year-old girl in 2024 that brought a short jail term.
Chicago police and prosecutors have documented a series of similar unprovoked strikes on women over the years. Livingston has cycled through arrests, brief detentions, mental health treatment, and releases. He remains in custody as the latest charges move forward through the Cook County courts, with prosecutors pursuing indictment on the June cases.
When I asked Google to find feminists’ commentary on the attacks, nothing was found. Apparently, only white men are fair game. And, possibly, “feminists,” as used in the vernacular, aren’t feminists at all. They’re just handy pawns for Marxism.
The pattern raises ongoing questions about how the system handles repeat offenders who target people at random in busy public spaces. More importantly, it addresses the reality of violent black crime and the unwillingness of Western culture to acknowledge its extent.
