A case in point is the tragic death of Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old rising senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and summer intern in the office of U.S. Rep. Ron Estes. The victim was gunned down near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Northwest Washington.

Metropolitan Police said several suspects exited a black Acura and opened fire on a “group of people” before 10:30 p.m. Tarpinian-Jachym, believed to be an innocent bystander, was struck by gunfire and died at a local hospital on Tuesday.

Tarpinian-Jachym, a finance major with a minor in political science, leaves behind a future with a promising career that would enhance society. The culture of the gunmen, on the other hand, is largely comprised of street thugs lacking the moral and intellectual capacities to advance themselves in a free-market society where rugged individualism trumps socialism.

Steven Lucchesi, 39, was shot and killed in Las Vegas, NV

Steven Lucchesi, 39, was shot and killed during a confrontation with his tenant on May 29 in Las Vegas. Authorities say the tenant, 36-year-old Christopher Rainey, opened fire on Lucchesi after being served an eviction notice.

Freedom of association is a fundamental human right. If landlords wish to rent living space to members of people groups known for violent, anti-social behavior, they should have that right. Likewise, if landlords prefer not to rent to such persons, they, too, should have that right.

Police responded to a report of gunfire around 4:45 p.m.. When officers arrived, they found Lucchesi lying face-down with multiple gunshot wounds to his back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Clark County Coroner confirmed that Lucchesi died from multiple gunshot wounds to the back. Investigators said the fatal shots were fired while Lucchesi was already lying face-down in the kitchen.

Donnie Boatman, 38, fatally shot in California Video link ►

News sources failed to provide images of the individual accused of fatally shooting Donnie Boatman, 38, of Modesto, California, on July 2, 2025. Nor did the media profile the suspect by race.

Dontae Galindo is the suspect. He has a history of violent and drug-related offenses and was booked into the Stanislaus County Jail. He is facing charges of murder and unlawful firearm possession.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear.

Michael Richard Powers, 42, fatally shot in Kalamazoo, Mich. Video link ►

Michael Richard Powers lost his life after venturing into the seedy side of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Police found the 42-year-old in the early hours of May 28, 2025. Powers suffered from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen. He was transported to a hospital where he died.

Police arrested Anthony Shawn-Tyrone Thomas, 28, on June 2 in connection with the shooting. He was arraigned later that day on charges of open murder, two counts of felony firearm, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and carrying a concealed weapon. Bond was denied.

Hailey Hosford, 28, fatally stabbed in Sunrise, Fla. Video link

An attractive 28-year-old hairstylist was stabbed to death in Sunrise, Florida.

Reports say Hailey Hosford was attacked as she exited her car in a parking garage near her apartment. The terrified woman tried to protect herself by getting back into her car. But it was too late. Police found her fatally stabbed in the back seat.

A male companion was also stabbed, but survived and managed to call 911.

21-year-old Jackson Julian Sagesse was arrested after police viewed surveillance footage. Officers found Sagesse in an apartment he shares with his mother.

Hosford, an entrepreneur from Boca Raton, owned the Hailey Jane Beauty Boutique and was also known as a yoga instructor.

Sagesse, as far as we know, had little to offer society and could, by some estimations, be deemed a drain on our culture. He faces charges of first-degree premeditated murder and attempted murder.

The presence of security cameras failed to deter the attack as did the presence of a male companion. Tragically, we are forced to live among them. It is their "civil right;" a right that costs the lives of productive people nearly every day.

Kaegan Wellman, 16, fatally shot in El Paso County, Colorado Video link

Reports say 23-year-old Eddie LaCharles Jackson ran out of gas on a Colorado highway. Keagan Wellman, 16, and a companion stopped to help. Police found the Good Samaritans shot dead.

Jackson was arrested and is facing multiple charges, including first-degree murder.

The media portrayal of black Americans — highly intelligent and civil — stands in stark contrast to reality. The true nature of the beasts was seen over the July 4th weekend when 205 mass shootings were reported; nearly all in black and blue neighborhoods.

Granted, there are black Americans with impeccable character: Candace Owens, Clarence Thomas, Carol Swain, and Jesse Lee Peterson, to name of few of “the talented tenth.”

It is safe to assume that you have one chance out of ten of encountering a non-feral black male stranded on a highway. Rather than stop and help, call the police. Authorities are prepared to handle the good and the bad.

Nicholas T. Aldridge, 26, fatally shot in Wichita, Kansas Video Link

26-year-old Nicholas T. Aldridge appears to have been the victim of a four-on-one black attack in broad daylight.

Officers responded around 2:30 p.m. on June 29, 2025, to what the media described as a confrontation and disturbance.

Aldridge was shot in the back during the incident. He later died in a hospital.

Police arrested 27-year-old Elijah Fanning, who was charged with second-degree murder, criminal discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, and an outstanding warrant.

The search for the three others was ongoing.

Tiffiney Nicole Niehoff fatally shot in Hingham, Montana

39‑year‑old Tiffiney Ncole Niehoff was shot dead at her home in Hingham, Montana, on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Deputies responded around 6 p.m. to an initial 911 call regarding a man threatening her with a handgun. A second caller from the scene shortly afterward reported a woman had been shot and was deceased. The suspect — later identified as 20‑year‑old Deshawn Leeallen Chapman — retreated to the residence’s basement.

A tactical team convinced Chapman to surrender.

He has been charged with deliberate homicide but entered a not guilty plea.

Hilinetoday.com reported, "Chapman is the son of the deceased Niehoff."

Harley VanLeer, 44, fatally shot in Newberry, Florida

Harley VanLeer, 44, died after being shot in the chest on Sunday, May 25, 2025, around 11:40 a.m. and was transported to UF Health Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.

A neighbor, 19-year-old David Dwayne Martin Jr., was arrested at the scene after identifying himself as the shooter.

Authorities stated the shooting was not random, but the motive and circumstances remain unclear.

Socializing with people known for their propensity to violence not only endangers oneself but also risks potential pain and suffering for family members.

The VanLeer family has expressed frustration over unanswered questions, indicating they believe there could be additional individuals involved. Family members, including cousin Kristina VanLeer, stated that no one had the chance to say goodbye, and they plan to continue advocating for the truth.

Carmen Suero Jr., 70, fatally shot in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Two 19-year-old suspects, Nasir Brogdon and Nysiir Peoples, were arrested in connection with the murder of Carmen Suero Jr., a 70-year-old veteran.

Reports say the victim left his car idling when the suspects attempted to steal it. Suero was somehow shot in the back.

According to chatGPT, the names Nasir and Nysiir are related to Islam and Africans in America.

Amanda Thompson, 44, fatally shot in Buffalo, New York Video link ►

His (alleged) victim was his white former girlfriend.

He is a black convicted murderer who was on parole.

Amanda Thompson, 44, was fatally shot in Buffalo, New York. Authorities say her former boyfriend, 49-year-old Rickey M. Crouch, opened fire on Thompson shortly after midnight. He fled but was later arrested following a pursuit on Interstate 90 and is now being held without bail.

Crouch, a convicted murderer released on parole in 2023, already faced charges in May related to a break-in at Thompson’s home and violating an order of protection. Prosecutors allege that Crouch had broken into her residence, threatened her in the presence of a child, and later continued to harass her despite the protective order.

Authorities and local officials have raised concerns over New York’s bail reform policies, citing Thompson’s death after Crouch was released on bail despite his history of domestic violence.

Noah Taylor, 22, fatally shot in Smyrna, Tenn

Latasha McGowan, 40, and Glenn Branson, 41, individuals of African descent, were arrested after Noah Taylor, 22, was fatally shot in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Reports indicate that multiple shots were fired.

Investigators believe the shooting was part of a road-rage incident on Interstate 24.

Taylor was a gainfully employed taxpayer at CarTronics, where he was in line for a promotion. He was en route to work when the shooting occurred around 7:30 a.m.

Taylor was a redhead, an endangered "species" alongside blue-eyed blondes.

Colby Cash Smith, 18, fatally shot in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina

Remember, scientists estimate the probability of any one person being born at about 1 in 400 quadrillion – 1 in 400,000,000,000,000,000 — making each human life incredibly valuable [source].

Tragically, the life of Colby Cash Smith was cut short during his 18th year.

A nondescript 16-year-old was arrested and presumed to be a male of sub-Saharan African descent due to the nature of the crime and its location.

Smith was a high school graduate who aspired to a career in the culinary arts, reports say. He was gainfully employed as a sous chef at Marelli’s Italian Restaurant.

We can only guess that the shooter was an aspiring rapper.

Gabriel Jacob Lee, 27, a black male, was also killed.

The crimes occurred in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

Michael Velazquez, 48, fatally shot in Knoxville, Tenn.

Investigators don't know why 28‑year‑old Wayne Parham allegedly shot and killed 48‑year‑old Michael Velazquez.

Reports say Parham was with another man when Velazquez was gunned down.

Preliminary findings indicate that the shooting stemmed from "an altercation" between Velazquez and the other man prior to police arrival. The shooting occurred at a Knoxville , Tennessee apartment complex.

Julia Hyman, 27, fatally shot in New York City

Julia Hyman, a 27-year-old Cornell University graduate, was among four people killed in a mass shooting at a Midtown Manhattan office building on Monday, July 28, 2025. The attack left a New York City police officer, a security guard, and a Blackstone executive dead, with one NFL employee seriously injured.

The gunman, identified as Shane Devon Tamura, 27, from Las Vegas, opened fire before taking his own life. Tamura reportedly attributed his high school football head injuries to the NFL's influence. The NFL's offices are in the same building. Tamura might have had cognitive and behavioral challenges, potentially including limited intelligence, poor impulse control, and reduced empathy, possibly linked to racial factors.

Hyman, on the other hand, graduated summa cum laude from Cornell’s Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration in 2020, majoring in hotel and restaurant administration with a minor in real estate. She earned Dean’s List honors in six of her eight semesters and was remembered as an “extraordinary student” whose academic achievements and curiosity left a lasting impression. She had worked at Rudin Management for nine months, having joined in November 2024, and recently attended her five-year college reunion.

A graduate of Riverdale Country School in the Bronx, Hyman was a varsity athlete, captaining the soccer, swimming, and lacrosse teams her senior year. She received the school’s Founders Award for outstanding leadership, sportsmanship, and dedication.

Troy Waldrep, 47, fatally shot in Canton, Mississippi

The Deep South has a well-documented history of racial segregation, marked by significant reports of white-on-black violence. But does this history have any justification? Is this narrative tainted by revisionism, adopting a Marxist perspective in which whites are portrayed as bourgeois oppressors and blacks as the oppressed proletariat?

While local news outlets frequently report on incidents of black-on-white violence, often framing them as mere disputes, national media largely overlooks these stories, with rare exceptions. They seem to be accommodating a Marxist perspective.

A case in point is the recent homicide of 47-year-old Troy Waldrep whose life was reportedly taken in Mississippi by a black aggressor.

Waldrep was shot and killed early Sunday morning, July 20, in the parking lot of Camden Park Apartments on Parkview Drive, police said.

According to authorities, James Jaleel Ross, 33, of Camden, had gone to the complex to meet with his ex-girlfriend. The woman was accompanied by her uncle and Waldrep, who was described as a friend of the uncle. An argument reportedly broke out between Ross and the woman. During the confrontation, Ross allegedly pulled a firearm and shot Waldrep once in the face.

Officers found Waldrep lying face down around 1:50 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kevin Scott Cruickshank, 55, killed by stolen car driver, police say

A 55-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman were killed when a stolen vehicle careened off the Manhattan Bridge and plowed through a busy Chinatown intersection, police said.

Kevin Scott Cruickshank, a banker and avid cyclist, was riding his bike at the corner of Canal Street and Bowery when the speeding car jumped a median, mounted the sidewalk, and struck him. May Kwok, who was sitting on a bench nearby, was also killed in the crash.

The blue Chevy Malibu, reportedly stolen and traveling at a high rate of speed, continued on its path, slamming into an empty NYPD van and crashing into a jewelry store. Two women in their early 20s fled the scene on foot but were apprehended shortly after the collision.

Police say the vehicle contained drugs and open containers of alcohol. The driver has a prior history involving a pedestrian-related incident earlier this year, according to law enforcement sources. Charges in the current case are pending.

According to nypost.com, "The stolen car that plowed into two bystanders and killed both in Chinatown was packing heat.

"Manhattan prosecutors said the reckless pair now charged in the horrific Saturday morning wreck had a gun stashed in the trunk of the stolen blue Chevy Malibu when it slammed into the victims and struck an NYPD van in a shocking caught-on-video tragedy.

"Accused driver Autumn Donna Ascencio Romero, 23, and 22-year-old passenger, Kennedy Lecraft, allegedly fled the scene of the horror but were nabbed by cops nearby."

Cruickshank was remembered by friends and neighbors as a warm and generous figure, often seen riding through Manhattan on his bike. He had been training for the NYC Century Bike Tour scheduled for September.

Shawn Franklin, 30, fatally shot in West Palm Beach, Florida

People wth low impulse control coupled with a low IQ may be dangerous. It is usually safe to avoid them whenever possible.

That may have been the determining factor that cost 30-year-old Shawn Franklin his life.

According to authorities, three shots were fired at Franklin after the victim threw a beverage at the alleged shooter's truck during an earlier dispute.

Charged with first-degree murder with a firearm is 18-year-old Demetri Turner.

Joshua Lee McCollister, 37, fatally shot in Fort Bragg, California Video ►

Joshua Lee McCollister, 37, of Fort Bragg, California, was shot and killed inside a residence on July 8. Deputies responding to the scene found McCollister suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead on site.

After a multi-day investigation by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Division, two suspects were arrested on July 11. Danielle Roberta Durand, 41, was taken into custody during a felony traffic stop on Highway 101. Deunn Antoine Willis, 38, was arrested during a SWAT raid on a residence in Arcata. Willis was booked on charges of murder, conspiracy, and robbery. Durand faces charges of conspiracy and robbery.

Investigators believe McCollister and the suspects knew each other, though a specific motive has not been released.

The case remains under active investigation, and officials have urged anyone with information to contact the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office.

Billy Sorrels, 45, fatally shot in Oklahoma City, OK

A 45-year-old man was killed by a stray bullet that penetrated his apartment’s wall, authorities reported. The shooting took place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with police responding to a call around 11:55 p.m.

Police identified the victim as Billy Sorrels, who was found dead in his bedroom from a gunshot wound. Initial reports suggested the possibility of a self-inflicted gunshot, but investigators later determined the bullet came from a neighboring apartment.

According to detectives, a woman in the adjacent unit, identified as 30-year-old Elisha Kirby, discharged a firearm during a heated dispute with another resident. The bullet passed through her apartment wall and struck Sorrels as he sat on his bed. A 12-year-old child, who was also in the room playing video games, was unharmed.

Kirby was arrested at the scene and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. Authorities said she admitted to firing the weapon and claimed she aimed the gun into the air out of anger. She faces a charge of second-degree murder and is being held without bond.

Investigators noted that Kirby has a prior weapons-related arrest and described her as having “anger issues.” They are continuing to review surveillance footage, witness statements, and physical evidence as part of the ongoing investigation.

Sorrels' death highlights the importance of the right to freedom of association, including the ability to avoid groups with a documented pattern of poor impulse control, lower cognitive capacity, and diminished empathy.

Devin Wayne Hughes, 32, fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama

A 28-year-old man has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 32-year-old Devin Wayne Hughes in Birmingham’s Ensley neighborhood. The incident occurred early on July 23, 2025, when Hughes was found shot to death inside a crashed vehicle in the front yard of a home.

Police identified the suspect as Cameron Keyshawn Jackson of Quinton, Alabama. Authorities said Hughes, an Albertville resident, was at a residence in the 1300 block of 42nd Street. Ensley was with two passengers when Jackson allegedly fired shots into Hughes’ vehicle as he attempted to drive away. Hughes was pronounced dead at the scene around 3:30 a.m. The motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.

Wesley LePatner, 43, fatally shot in New York City

On July 28, 2025, Wesley LePatner, 43, was among four victims killed in a mass shooting at 345 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Renowned for her numerous achievements, LePatner was a senior executive at Blackstone Inc. and a prominent figure in New York’s financial and philanthropic communities. She served as the global head of Core+ Real Estate and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT), a $53 billion fund. Joining Blackstone in 2014 after over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where she rose to managing director in the real estate investment group, LePatner was a Yale University graduate with a degree in history. Recognized as a trailblazer in finance, she received the Alan C. Greenberg Young Leadership Award from the UJA-Federation of New York in 2023.

To his credit, the gunman, identified as 27-year-old Shane Tamura from Las Vegas, was a former high school football player who reportedly hurt his head during his time on the team.

LePatner, is a devoted mother of two and wife to Evan LePatner. She was a member of the Jewish community [source]..

Vanessa Henry, 38, fatally shot in Stillwater, Okla.

Vanessa Henry, a 38-year-old Stillwater, Okla. resident, was fatally shot in a targeted attack at an apartment complex on July 28, 2025, police said.

Also killed was Andrew Rice, 35. Henry was white, and Rice appears to have been black.

Authorities identified Theodore DeMarrio McCloud, 36, as the suspect. McCloud fled the scene but was later located by Langston University Police at a residence in Langston. He fired at officers, prompting one to return fire, before being taken into custody.

Court records indicate Henry had a prior relationship with McCloud, who has a criminal history dating back to 2009, including a prison term for robbery. Rice and Murphy, who were newlyweds, had married days before the shooting.

Investigators are working to determine a motive.

White-on-black homicide reports

According to statistics provided by the FBI, 58.2 percent of homicides in 2018 were committed by blacks who comprise about 13 percent of the population. Considering that most homicides are committed by males ages 17 to 49, we estimate that about half of all homicides in the USA are committed by young black males ages 17 to 49 who comprise about five percent of the population. That same year 39 percent of homicides were committed by whites who comprise about 72 percent of the population.

According to information provided by American Renaissance, "In 2013, of the approximately 660,000 crimes of interracial violence that involved blacks and whites, blacks were the perpetrators 85 percent of the time. This meant a black person was 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa."

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Deputy Elijah Ming, 34, was fatally shot on July 26, 2025, while responding to a domestic violence call in the Argentine neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas. Ming, a nine-year veteran of the sheriff’s office, was assisting a woman who requested protection to retrieve her belongings from a home in the 2600 block of South 30th Street. The woman had reported being threatened with a firearm by a man inside the residence. As Ming and a Kansas City, Kansas, police officer approached the home around 3:45 p.m., the suspect, identified as Shawn Harris, 38, opened fire, striking Ming. Additional officers exchanged gunfire with Harris, who was injured and barricaded himself inside the home before surrendering about 90 minutes later. Ming was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

HICKORY, N.C. — James David Houser, 30, was arrested on July 4, 2025, in connection with the murder of Mary Elizabeth Ervin, 30, at the Deluxe Inn in Hickory. Police responded to a report of an unresponsive woman at the hotel, located at 325 Hwy 70 SW, where they found Ervin dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Houser faces murder charges and is being held without bond at the Catawba County Detention Center. The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities seeking additional information from the public.

LAKE CHARLES, La. — Cortez D. Boston, 26, was fatally shot on July 4, 2025, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, marking the city’s 10th homicide of the year. The shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. Police responded to reports of gunfire and found Boston with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Clint L. Mott Jr., 20, of Sulphur, had also been shot and was transported to a hospital prior to deputies’ arrival. It was determined that Boston and Mott exchanged gunfire during an altercation. Mott faces charges of second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon during a crime of violence. Mott appears to be Hispanic.

LAMAR, S.C. — Darlington County Sheriff’s Deputy Frank Devin Mason, 27, was fatally shot on July 1, 2025, during an ambush while responding to a call about a wanted person at a home on Old Timers Court near Lamar.

Around 1:30 a.m., Mason and another deputy entered the residence after arresting a woman with outstanding warrants outside. The suspect, Cameron Ray Dennett, 25, hiding in a bathroom, opened fire, fatally wounding Mason. The second deputy, whose name was not released, was injured but stable after being hospitalized.

Deputies returned fire, killing Dennett, who was wanted for criminal conspiracy, forgery, and computer crimes and was prohibited from possessing a firearm.
