At university in Atlanta in 1971 a former Vietnam vet on local patrol spotted that I was being followed by a black gang of men slowly filling in with more and more and rescued me. He saved me from either rape or murder. Several young women had been raped and a friend’s brother was murdered by blacks soon afterward.
There needs to be far stronger deterrents for potential offenders: instant deportation at their expense, with loss of all assets. For sex offenders, mandatory removal of a pair of assets by a delicate operation.
